2. How do we collect your Data when you use our Service?
In connection with your use of the Service, we collect the Data necessary to provide particular services offered by the Service, as well as information about your activity within the Service. Some Data are collected automatically when you visit the Service via cookies or similar technologies placed in the Service. Other Data are collected when you enter them into contact or registration forms available in the Service.

Registration / Order in the Service
When completing the order form, you will be asked to provide your Data.
Scope of Data collected:
- Information about the apartment for rent: street and house number, apartment number, city.
- Data of persons indicated in the lease agreement: first name, last name, passport number.
- Shipping details: first and last name, phone number, e-mail, city, street, house and apartment number, InPost parcel locker number.
Placing an order through the Service involves processing the User’s personal Data. Providing the Data marked as mandatory is required to accept and handle the order; failure to provide them results in the order not being fulfilled.
Personal Data are processed for:
- performance of the placed order — legal basis: necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- compliance with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, in particular tax and accounting regulations — legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- analytical and statistical purposes — legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in analysing Users’ activity in the Service and their purchasing preferences to improve functionalities;
- possible establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims — legal basis: the Controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in protecting its rights.
4. Information about your rights related to the processing of Personal Data
The following rights apply in connection with our processing of your Personal Data:
- right of access to the Data;
- right to rectification of the Data;
- right to erasure of the Data (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to Data portability;
- right to object to processing for marketing purposes — you may object at any time to the processing of personal Data for marketing purposes without the need to justify such objection;
- right to object to other processing purposes — you may at any time object — on grounds relating to your particular situation — to processing based on our legitimate interests (e.g. analytical or statistical purposes); such an objection should include justification.
- right not to be subject to a decision (including profiling) based solely on automated processing which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
- right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for Data protection.

The request should, where possible, precisely indicate what it concerns. If we are unable to determine the content of your request or identify you, we will ask you for additional information. Providing additional information is not obligatory, but failure to do so may result in refusal to fulfil the request.
A response will be provided no later than within one month of receipt. If it is necessary to extend this period, we will inform you of the reasons for the extension.
Responses will be sent to the e-mail address from which the request was submitted or, for requests sent by post or otherwise, by regular mail to the address you indicate, unless the letter shows that you prefer to receive feedback by e-mail (in which case, please provide your e-mail address). If the time limit prevents a paper response and the scope of your Data we process enables electronic contact, we will respond electronically.
We store information about the submitted request and the person who submitted it to demonstrate compliance and to establish, exercise or defend potential claims of Data subjects. The request register is stored to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the Data it contains. The legal basis for such processing is our legitimate interests in maintaining accountability for handling requests and in pursuing or defending claims. You have the right to object.
5. Recipients of the Data
In connection with collecting Data necessary to provide particular services offered by the Service, as well as information about your activity within the Service, your personal Data will be disclosed to external entities, in particular to providers responsible for the operation of IT systems.
Data may be disclosed to competent authorities or third parties that submit requests for such information, relying on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.
6. Data retention period
The period for which the Controller processes the Data depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, Data are processed for the duration of service provision or order fulfilment, until consent is withdrawn or an effective objection to processing is lodged in cases where the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interests.
The processing period may be extended where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of claims and, thereafter, only where and to the extent required by law. After the processing period expires, Data are irreversibly deleted or anonymised.
7. Processing of Data in connection with the use of the Service
In connection with your use of our Service, we collect Data to the extent necessary to provide particular services offered, as well as information about your activity in the Service.
Your activity in the Service, including personal Data, is recorded in system logs and processed primarily for the purpose of providing services within the Service. We also process these Data for technical and administrative purposes, to ensure the security of the IT system and manage it, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes — in this respect, the legal basis is our legitimate interests. 8. Correspondence (postal and e-mail) and telephone contact
If you send us correspondence by e-mail or traditional post not related to services provided to you or another agreement concluded with you, the personal Data contained in such correspondence are processed solely to communicate and resolve the matter to which the correspondence relates.
If you contact us by phone on matters not related to a concluded agreement or services provided, we may request personal Data only where necessary to handle the matter in question.
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interests in conducting correspondence related to our business activity, and in the case of telephone contact — our legitimate interests in resolving the reported issue. You have the right to object.
We process only the personal Data relevant to the matter.
11. Transfer of Data outside the European Economic Area
We inform you that we transfer your Data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Your Data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the indicated processing purposes, or until an effective objection to processing is lodged in cases where the legal basis is our legitimate interests.

The Controller and its partners use various solutions and tools for analytical and marketing purposes. Basic information about these tools is provided below. Detailed information can be found in each partner’s privacy policy.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google Analytics cookies are used by Google to analyse how Users use the Service and to create statistics and reports on how the Service operates. FACEBOOK PIXEL
Facebook Pixel is a tool that measures the effectiveness of the Controller’s advertising campaigns on Facebook. It enables advanced data analytics to optimise the Controller’s activities, including with other tools offered by Facebook. More information: Facebook help.
HOTJAR
Hotjar is a tool that enables the Controller to analyse Users’ activity in the Service (e.g. surveys or satisfaction studies) and to collect anonymous information about clicks on particular areas of the Service. The tool does not allow identification of the User. Details: Hotjar privacy policy.
GOOGLE TAG MANAGER
To control advertising campaigns and understand how you use our pages, cookies of Google LLC related to Google Tag Manager are used. These data do not include users’ IP addresses or measurement identifiers tied to a specific person. Google Tag Manager does not collect, store or share any information about users of our clients’ sites and apps, including the URLs visited, nor the diagnostic information. 11. Transfer of Data outside the European Economic Area
Due to the cookies or similar technologies used in the Service and the technical solutions used in processing the Data (including cloud services, e-mail, CRM systems, solutions supporting forms and other functionalities of the site), your personal Data may be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
We always inform you about the intention to transfer personal data outside the EEA at the stage of collection. The level of personal data protection outside the EEA differs from that ensured under EU law. We transfer Data outside the EEA only when necessary and with adequate safeguards in place.
Additionally, in connection with the above tools, your Data may be transferred to the United States of America. Currently, the USA is not subject to a European Commission decision on an adequate level of protection in line with EU standards. In the absence of appropriate safeguards, there is a risk of insufficient protection of your Data, including access by U.S. public authorities, which may limit your rights under EU law.
For every transfer, we ensure an adequate level of protection based on legal mechanisms under the GDPR, in particular:
- European Commission adequacy decisions (where issued for a given country),
- binding corporate rules approved by the competent supervisory authority,
- standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

12. Consultation form — and your Data
When completing the consultation form you will be asked to provide your Data. Scope of Data: first name and phone number. To send a message via the contact form, you must provide a contact e-mail address, a subject and the message content. You may also provide other Data, such as a phone number, to facilitate contact or handling of your enquiry. Providing the Data marked as mandatory is required to receive and handle your message — failure to provide them will prevent us from responding. Providing other Data is voluntary.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
- identifying the sender and responding to the enquiry — we process the Data to provide the contact form service and, for Data provided voluntarily, on the basis of your consent given by entering the Data in the form and sending it;
- if your contact aims to conclude a contract — we process the Data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or to conclude it, based on your interest in our offer;
- establishment, exercise or defence of claims — on the basis of our legitimate interests (you have the right to object);
- analytical and statistical purposes — on the basis of our legitimate interests consisting in analysing your activity and preferences while using the Service and improving its functionalities (you have the right to object).
Retention period
- Data obtained to identify the sender and provide a response — for the period necessary to respond/resolve the matter, and, for Data provided voluntarily on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn or until the Data become outdated;
- Data obtained to conclude a contract — for the period of negotiations and until the end of the calendar year following the year in which you last contacted us.
Your personal Data provided in the contact form will not be subject to a decision (including profiling) based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
To the extent processing is carried out for establishing contact, providing Data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing Data will be the inability to establish contact/provide a response.
13. Security of personal data processing
The Controller continuously performs risk analyses to ensure that personal Data are processed securely — in particular, that only authorised persons have access to the Data and only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks. The Controller ensures that all operations on personal Data are recorded and performed only by authorised employees and contractors.
The Controller takes all necessary steps to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities also guarantee the application of appropriate security measures whenever they process personal Data on the Controller’s behalf.
14. Changes to the Privacy and Cookies Policy
The Policy is reviewed on an ongoing basis and updated as necessary. The current version of the Policy was adopted and has been in force since 01/10/2024.
