You find an apartment or house that meets your expectations in terms of location, price, and conditions. The owner informs you that the rental will be arranged under Najem Okazjonalny — meaning you will need a guarantee and additional documents.

We offer four options: a notarial guarantee, a notarial guarantee with the address added later, a guarantee with a specified address, and a guarantee with the option to provide the address later. You choose the one that best fits your timing, budget, and the requirements of the landlord of the rented apartment.
